You also close deals I hand off. Strategic accounts stay with me. Mid-market and existing-relationship sponsors land with you. The most important hire we'll make in 2026, and the one that unlocks LA, Miami, and Chicago.

Every event we run is a content goldmine and right now we barely mine it. I want an editor who can turn raw event footage into recap videos, speaker reels, and short social cuts people actually watch. Fast turnaround, real taste, and you know what lands on LinkedIn and Instagram. Contract to start. If the work's good, there's a lot of it.

Willpower looks the way it does because I obsess over every detail, and I can't be the last set of eyes on everything anymore. I'm looking for a creative director to own the visual identity across events, decks, the newsletter, and social. You set the standard and hold the line on it. Contract or fractional to start, more if it clicks.
